Our Fairlawn Community

Welcome to the PTA page on the school website.

Our Fairlawn Community is made up of the following three volunteer groups, who work alongside the school to engage our school community and raise funds to enhance the educational experiences of the Fairlawn pupils:

 

 

 

Friends of Fairlawn:

We are a registered Charity (number 1187910).

 

Who we are:

Co-chairs: Tracy and Hannah       Treasurer: Tish      

 

Our mission Statement:

· To support the school in providing a happy, healthy and welcoming environment for all Fairlawn pupils and their families.

· To facilitate the provision of resources and events that are fun and stimulating for all Fairlawn pupils and their families.

· To strengthen the connection between the school, its community and our environment

 

We run a variety of community events throughout the year:

 

*Winter and Summer Fairs

*Christmas Tree Sales

*School Disco

*Film nights

*Walking Trails

*Pre-loved uniform sales

*Cake sales

 

Funds and donations have been used for:

 

*Designing and making friendship benches for both playgrounds.

*Paying for Forest School Days out in Key Stage 2

*Creating and paying for the beautiful mural along the back wall alongside AoR and GG.

*Giving classes boxes of Lego

*Providing games for a lunchtime group

*Organising winter Pantos and workshops for classes
